Let's Make It
Brown meat in skillet; drain.
Mix all ingredients in medium microwaveable bowl.
Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 min.
Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables or thin wheat snack crackers.
For a festive touch, serve dip in a bread bowl. Simply cut lengthwise slice from top of 1-lb. round bread loaf. Remove center of loaf, leaving 1-inch-thick shell. Tear removed bread into bite-size pieces to serve with dip or reserve for another use. Fill bread shell with hot dip just before serving.
How to Make Edible Dipper Bowls
Use red, green or yellow bell pepper as a unique serving bowl for dip. Simply cut off and discard top of pepper and hollow-out. Look for peppers that can stand straight or cut a small piece off the bottom.
