Sophisticated yet oh-so-approachable, this fudge is made with instant coffee, Swiss dark chocolate nougat bars and dried cranberries.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 24 servings
2 Tbsp. boiling water
1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
4 Swiss dark chocolate nougat bars (3.52 oz. each), chopped
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries

Let's Make It
Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Add boiling water to coffee granules in large microwaveable bowl; stir until dissolved. Add chopped chocolate and butter. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in cranberries.
Pour into prepared pan.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Use foil handles to lift fudge from pan before cutting into squares.
Sweets can be part of a balanced diet but remember to keep tabs on portions.
Prepare using Swiss milk chocolate with honey and almond nougat.
Substitute raisins for the cranberries.
