What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup coarsely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. (5 oz.) mixed salad greens
1 Fuji apple, thinly sliced into wedges
1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Let's Make It
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Cook nuts in small skillet on medium heat 3 min. or until lightly toasted. Add sugar; cook and stir 4 min. or until sugar is dissolved and evenly coats nuts. Spread immediately onto prepared baking sheet; separate into small pieces with fork. Cool completely.
Meanwhile, toss remaining ingredients except dressing in salad bowl.
Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with nuts.
