Let's Make It
Combine first 3 ingredients. Thread beef strips onto skewers; brush with A. 1. mixture. Marinate 30 min.
Meanwhile, combine dressing and chili sauce in small bowl. Reserve 2 Tbsp. dressing mixture; refrigerate remaining mixture.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Grill skewers 3 min. on each side until cooked through, brushing with reserved 2 Tbsp. dressing mixture during the last minute of grilling. Serve with remaining dressing mixture, nuts and onions.
Use 1 Tbsp. chopped chipotle pepper in adobo sauce instead of the hot chili sauce.
How to Prevent the Beef from Sticking to the Grill
Spray the unheated grate of the grill, away from the fire, with cooking spray before using to prevent sticking. Or, brush the grill grate with oil.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
