What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, drained, chopped
3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
3 Tbsp. chopped green onion s, divided
2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Let's Make It
Heat oven at 350° F.
Mix Neufchatel, mushrooms, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, 2 Tbsp. green onions and mustard until blended.
Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
Bake 20 min. or until spread is heated through and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with remaining green onions just before serving.
Prepare using KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese and GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard.
Serve with assorted fresh cut-up vegetables or your favorite crackers.
