Cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing mix give this dip its creamy, flavorful base. As for the spicy—that's all thanks to a minced jalapeño pepper!

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1 env. (0.7 oz.) ranch salad dressing mix
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen corn, thawed, well drained
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped

Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese, corn and peppers.

Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.

Bake 20 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.

Variation
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses, and BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN'S Light Sour Cream.
Use Your Microwave
Mix ingredients as directed; spoon into 9-inch microwaveable pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 7 min. or until heated through, stirring every 3 min. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese. Microwave 2 to 3 min. or until shredded cheese is melted.
Substitute
Substitute 4 sliced green onions for the jalapeño pepper.
