Creamy, garlicky and studded with roasted red peppers, this Tuscan-style appetizer spread is a guaranteed people-pleaser.

3 green onions, chopped, divided
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red pepper s, drained, patted dry and finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced

Reserve 1 Tbsp. onions for later use. Beat remaining onions with all remaining ingredients until blended.

Refrigerate 2 hours.

Sprinkle with reserved onions before serving.

Serve in a bell pepper "bowl." Cut thin slice from top of large yellow, red or green bell pepper; remove seeds. Place pepper upright on serving plate. Fill with prepared spread just before serving.

Serve in a lettuce "bowl." Wash small head of bibb lettuce; dry well. Place upright on serving plate; gently pull leaves apart to resemble a bowl. Fill with prepared spread just before serving.

Tuscan Red Pepper Toppers
Place a thin cucumber slice on each of 48 crackers. Top each with 1-1/2 tsp. of the prepared spread. Sprinkle evenly with the remaining onions. Makes 24 servings, 2 topped crackers each.
