Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Reserve 3 marshmallows. Add remaining marshmallows to butter; toss to evenly coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec. Stir in food coloring. Add cereal; mix well. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; cool.
Remove cereal mixture from pan. Cut into flower shapes with 3-inch cookie cutter. Insert straw into side of each for the flower stem.
Cut each reserved marshmallow into 4 slices; press gently onto centers of flowers.
For a fun way to serve these delicious treats, insert straw flower stems in large bowl filled with additional marshmallows.
Prepare using your favorite color of food coloring.
