Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 bone-in chicken thighs (2-1/4 lb.)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 lb. Italian sausage links, sliced
1/2 lb. new potatoes, halved
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 small onion, sliced, separated into rings
1/4 cup roasted red pepper strips
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Heat oven to 400ºF.
Sprinkle chicken with black pepper; place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Combine all remaining ingredients except cheese; spoon over and around chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 30 min. Reduce oven temperature to 350ºF. Bake 15 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).
Serve with a steamed green vegetable, such as broccoli, and glass of fat-free milk.
