1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
1 can (15 oz.) fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
1 yellow pepper, roasted, cut into thin strips
1/4 cup each sliced black and green olive s
16 French bread slices (1/4 inch thick), toasted
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil

Cook and stir garlic in dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 1 min.

Add tomatoes, peppers and olives; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until heated through.

Spoon onto toast slices; top with basil.

Tip 1
How to Roast Peppers
Heat broiler. Place whole bell peppers or large chile peppers on foil-covered baking sheet. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 7 to 10 min. or until peppers are evenly blackened, turning occasionally. Place in paper bag; close bag. Let stand 20 min. or until peppers are cooled. Remove peppers from bag. Peel away blackened skins with small knife; discard skins. Cut peppers lengthwise in half; remove and discard seeds. Use roasted peppers as directed in recipe.

How to Snip Fresh Herbs
To easily snip leafy fresh herbs, such as parsley and cilantro, place the leaves in a small glass measuring cup or small bowl. Hold the cup in one hand, and, holding kitchen scissors in your other hand, snip the leaves right in the cup.

Mincing Garlic
Using flat edge of chef's knife, smash down on garlic clove to loosen skin. Remove skin. Cut the peeled garlic clove into thin slices. Then, using chef's knife and holding down tip end, cut back and forth across the garlic until finely minced.
