Original recipe yields 32 servings
1-1/2 cups cranberries
1/2 cup water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice

Let's Make It
Bring cranberries and water to boil in small saucepan on medium-high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until cranberries begin to pop. Remove from heat.
Add dry gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add in sugar; stir until dissolved. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Stir in orange juice. Spoon into containers; cover with lids. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Use 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O SIMPLY GOOD Strawberry Flavor Gelatin.
Serve with toasted English muffins, bread or bagels.
Cranberry Relish Spread
Prepare recipe as directed. Spoon all but 1 cup into containers, then cover and refrigerate as directed for the jam. Soften 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese; spread onto bottom of pie plate. Mix remaining 1 cup cranberry mixture and 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne) until blended; spoon over cream cheese. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions or finely chopped fresh cilantro. Serve with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables and/or crackers.
