Mushrooms and bite-size pieces of chicken get a quick marinade in a honey-balsamic vinaigrette mixture to make these easy kabobs.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 lb. fresh mushroom s, stems removed
6 cups tightly packed torn romaine lettuce
1/2 cup croutons
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing

Let's Make It
Mix first 4 ingredients until blended. Pour half the dressing mixture over combined chicken and mushrooms in shallow dish; stir to evenly coat ingredients with dressing mixture. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Drain marinated ingredients; discard marinade. Thread chicken and mushrooms alternately onto 4 skewers. Grill 6 to 8 min. or until chicken is done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining dressing mixture.
Place lettuce and croutons in large bowl. Add ranch dressing; toss lightly. Spoon onto 4 serving plates; top with skewers.
Substitute your favorite KRAFT Dressing for the ranch dressing.
How to Prevent Food From Sticking to the Grill
To prevent food from sticking to the grill, lightly brush the grill grate with vegetable oil before heating the grill. Or, spray the cold grill grate with cooking spray.
