2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tomatoes, chopped
4 oz. POLLY-O Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
16 French bread slices (1/2 inch thick), toasted
