3 cups cold milk
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 banana, peeled, frozen

Microwave caramels and water in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM (50%) 1 to 1-1/2 min. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring every 30 sec. Let stand 5 min.

Blend milk, pudding mix and banana in blender until smooth; pour into 4 glasses.
