Original recipe yields 12 servings
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 bag of ground turkey sausage crumbles
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen corn
1 can (16 oz.) chili beans in sauce
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
2 pkt. (1.25 oz each) chili seasoning mix
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 cup of chopped chives

Let's Make It
Brown beef and turkey. Drain and transfer to slow cooker.
Add turkey sausage crumbles, corn, chili beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and chili seasoning packets.
Cook on low 4 hours.
Stir before serving.
Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle of chives.
For easy cleanup, line slow cooker with plastic liner bag before filling with ingredients and cooking as directed.
