What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 pita bread s
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 anju pear, sliced
4 Tbsp. KRAFT Natural Blue Cheese Crumbles
2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked to a crisp, and chopped
1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Pecans, chopped

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F.
On a parchment paper lined baking tray, place pita breads. Sprinkle evenly with ¼ cup mozzarella each.
Arrange pear slices over cheese then sprinkle with 2 tablespoons bleu cheese crumbles on each. Top with bacon and pecans.
Bake for 12 minutes until cheese has melted and edges of pita bread begin to crisp.
Remove from oven, let cool 2 minutes, slice and enjoy.
