What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. rotisserie chicken season
1/2 tsp. olive oil
1 can (14.5 oz.) fire-roasted diced tomatoes
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, divided
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with the rotisserie chicken seasoning. Add the olive oil in a grill pan and grill chicken on both sides until reaching an internal temperature of 165°F. Then cook the sauce by adding the fire roasted tomatoes into a small sauce pan, flavor with Italian seasoning and add 3 chopped basil leaves. To serve place the chicken breasts on a plate, pour the roasted tomato sauce on top, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and decorate with reamaining fresh basil leaves.
You can use boneless, skinless chicken thighs if desired.
