What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 small garlic cloves, minced
1 skin-on salmon fillet (1-1/2 lb.)
1 lemon, sliced

Let's Make It
Combine dressing, lemon juice and garlic; pour 1/4 cup over fish in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of fish with dressing mixture. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate.
Heat oven to 375°F. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Place fish, skin side down, in13x9-inch dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour remaining dressing mixture over fish; top with lemon slices.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Sprinkle a bit of fresh dill weed over fish just before serving for an extra flavor treat.
How to Marinate Fish in Plastic Bag
Pour 1/4 cup dressing mixture into large resealable plastic bag. Add fish; seal bag. Turn bag several times to evenly coat fish with dressing mixture. Refrigerate 20 min. to marinate. Remove fish from bag; discard bag and marinade. Continue to bake fish as directed.
