2 lb. boneless beef chuck roast
1 Tbsp. flour
1 jar (16 oz.) TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
3 cups long-grain white rice, uncooked

Sprinkle both sides of meat evenly with flour; place in slow cooker. Top with salsa; cover with lid.
