What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/4 cup A.1. Smoky Black Pepper Sauce, divided
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Combine bread crumbs, nuts and garlic powder in pie plate until blended.
Mix mayo and 2 Tbsp. A.1. until blended; brush onto both sides of chicken. Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, in crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of chicken. Place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min. or until done (165°F). Serve with remaining A.1.
For a golden appearance, after chicken is done set oven to Broil. Place chicken 6 inches from heat. Broil 2 to 4 min. or until chicken is golden brown.
Serve with your favorite hot cooked vegetable.
Keeping it Safe
Place frozen chicken under cold running water to thaw. Be sure to use cold water and keep the chicken in its original wrap or place in resealable plastic bag while thawing it. Also, be careful not to cross-contaminate other food products, work surfaces or utensils with the dripping water.
