1-1/2 cups pitted dates, coarsely chopped
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
1 tsp. vanilla

Use pulsing action to process dates and peanut butter in food processor until blended.
Stir in oats and vanilla.
Roll into 18 (1-inch) balls, using about 2 Tbsp. for each.
These easy-to-make treats can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks before serving.
