Garlic bread is always welcome at the table—and especially so when it's topped with melted mozzarella and sprinkled with fresh parsley.

1/3 cup margarine, softened
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 French bread baguette (12 oz.), cut lengthwise in half
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Heat oven to 425ºF.

Mix margarine and garlic until blended; spread onto cut sides of bread.

Place, cut sides up, on baking sheet; top with cheese.

Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted.

Sprinkle with parsley.
