What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/2 cup finely chopped drained marinated pickled vegetables
1/4 cup finely chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
6 small ciabatta sandwich roll s (4 inch), split
18 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Hard Salami
1 Tbsp. olive oil

Let's Make It
Heat panini grill.
Combine vegetables and olives. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. cheese onto bottom half of each roll; top with meat, vegetable mixture and remaining cheese. Cover with tops of rolls.
Brush outsides of sandwiches with oil.
Grill 6 to 7 min. or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown.
Have leftover grilled vegetables? Slice them up and substitute them for some or all of the meat in these flavorful panini sandwiches.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
If You Don't Have a Panini Grill
Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook sandwich 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides, gently pressing down top of sandwich with spatula to flatten slightly as it cooks.
Substitute OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Black Forest Ham for the smoked ham.
