1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces
4 cups crisp rice cereal

Microwave peanut butter and chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir.
Add cereal; mix well. Press onto bottom of 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Refrigerate 30 min. or until firm before cutting into squares.
