What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 lb. 93%-fat-free ground turkey
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/4 cups water
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce, divided

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup cranberry sauce.
Shape into loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 1 hour or until done (165ºF), topping with remaining cranberry sauce for the last 5 min.
Serve this comfort food with mashed potatoes and a hot steamed vegetable, such as broccoli.
Prepare as directed, shaping meat mixture into 2 loaves. Place loaves, side by side, in 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour and 25 min. or meatloaves are until done (165°F). Refrigerate any leftover meatloaf, then slice and use to make sandwiches.
Prepare using ground pork or veal.
Keeping it Safe
Follow these safety tips when serving leftover meatloaf. If you opt for cold sandwiches, remove the meatloaf from the refrigerator just before you use it to prepare the sandwiches, then serve them immediately. If you reheat the meatloaf, make sure that it is heated through, with an internal temperature of at least 165°F when tested in center with an instant-read thermometer.
