Made with milk and whipping cream and topped with mini marshmallows, this hot chocolate is a classic for a reason!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
4 cups milk, divided
1/2 cup whipping cream
4 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

Let's Make It
Cook 1/2 cup milk, whipping cream and chocolate in medium saucepan on medium heat 5 min. or until chocolate is almost melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk. (Do not let mixture come to boil.) Remove from heat; whisk until blended and chocolate is completely melted.
Add remaining milk; cook 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in vanilla.
Pour into mugs; top with marshmallows.
Taste the medley of flavors as you enjoy a 1-cup serving of this hot chocolate.
Serve with a dash of ground cinnamon.
Store any leftover BAKER'S Chocolate, tightly wrapped, in a cool dry place. For best results, use within 9 months.
