1/2 yellow pepper, cut into strips
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced red onion s
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Heat oven to 450ºF.

Roll dough on lightly floured surface to 12-inch circle; place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Spread with sauce; top with vegetables.

Bake 10 min. Top with cheese; bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown. Top with basil.

How to Remove the Stem from a Bell Pepper
Insert small sharp knife into stem end of bell pepper. Cut completely around stem. Remove stem. This method will work for any type of bell pepper: green, red, yellow, orange or purple.
