Heat oven to 350°F.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and onions; cook and stir 5 to 6 min. or until meat is done. Stir in corn and 1/2 cup each salsa and cheese.
Spread 1 cup salsa onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam sides down, in prepared dish; top with remaining salsa and cheese.
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
Serve this main dish with a mixed green salad for a quick and tasty weekday meal.
