This quick chicken for two combines three of our favorite things—namely, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing and bacon.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 small boneless skinless chicken breast s (1/2 lb.)
1 tsp. oil
1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup chopped onion s
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas)
2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Cook chicken in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. on each side or until chicken is browned on both sides.
Mix broth, barbecue sauce, dressing until blended; stir in onions. Pour over chicken. Bring just to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.
Stir in mixed vegetables; cook, covered, 3 to 4 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and vegetables are heated through. Sprinkle with bacon.
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
How to Chop Onions
Cut a peeled whole onion into thin slices about 1/4 inch thick. Stack two or three slices, then make several crosswise cuts, about 1/4 inch apart, in both directions down through onion slices.
