Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
3/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided

Heat oven to 400°F.
Mix all ingredients except 1/2 cup salsa.
Shape into 4 oval loaves on foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; top with remaining salsa.
Bake 30 min. or until done (160ºF).
