Chopped almonds and seedless red grapes give this tuna salad great texture and color, but it gets its zip from fresh thyme and lemon zest.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
1 can (5 oz.) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
2 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Almonds
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped seedless red grape s
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
1/4 tsp. lemon zest

Mix tuna and dressing in medium bowl until blended.
Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
Serve over torn salad greens tossed with tomato wedges and cucumber slices.
Substitute 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves for the 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme.
This delicious salad can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
