Broiled Sesame-Garlic Pork Chops

They sound kind of fancy, but these pork chops are simply marinated in toasted sesame dressing and garlic and popped under a broiler. Weeknight easy!

1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
1 clove garlic, minced
4 boneless pork chop s (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

Mix dressing and garlic until blended. Pour over chops in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat both sides of chops. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.

Heat broiler. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Place chops on broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Broil, 4 inches from heat, 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (145°F), turning after 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 3 min. before serving.

Garnish with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
