It'll be the pick of the Easter dessert buffet! Use marshmallows, sprinkles and jelly beans for a beautiful (and easy) display of deliciousness.

Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
4 drops green food coloring
10 JET-PUFFED Marshmallow s, cut lengthwise in half
1 Tbsp. pink sprinkles
4 jelly bean s

Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Pour into 4 dessert dishes. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Meanwhile, place coconut in resealable plastic bag. Add food coloring; close bag, then shake to evenly tint coconut. Press cut side of marshmallows into sprinkles. Arrange 5 marshmallow halves, cut-sides up, to resemble flower, pressing together gently to secure; press jelly bean into center of flower. Repeat with remaining marshmallow halves.

Sprinkle coconut over desserts. Top with marshmallow flowers.

Marshmallow Flower Decoration
For each flower, cut 2 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows diagonally in half with kitchen shears. Press cut sides of marshmallows in colored sugar. Arrange marshmallow halves, cut-sides up, to resemble a flower, pressing together gently to secure. Set aside. For centers of flowers, cut JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows in half. Press cut sides in colored sugar or sprinkles, then place one, cut-side up, in center of each flower. Use to decorate your favorite desserts, such as cupcakes, pies or cakes.
