If you ask us, bunny-shape marshmallows are fun any time. But they're especially appropriate on a fruity dessert pizza at your Easter buffet.

Original recipe yields 16 servings
1 pkg. (16 oz.) refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies, sliced
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1-1/4 cups cold milk
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2 cups mixed fresh fruit (raspberries, sliced bananas and strawberries)
1 cup JET-PUFFED BUNNY MALLOWS Marshmallows

Heat oven to 375ºF.

Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Press cookie dough onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 14 to 16 min. or until lightly browned. Cool completely.

Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Remove cookie crust from pan; place on plate. Cover with pudding mixture just before serving; top with fruit and marshmallows.

Prepare as directed, using other fruits, such as blueberries, navel orange sections, blueberries peeled kiwi slices and/or seedless grapes.

If a pizza pan is not available, trace a 12-inch circle on parchment paper or foil. Spread cookie dough evenly onto circle. Place on baking sheet. Bake as directed.
