1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
4 oz. OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni
1/2 cup sliced onion s
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce

Mix potatoes and 1/2 cup cheese; spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Top with layers of pepperoni, vegetables and pizza sauce; cover with foil.
