1/2 cup KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 small yellow pepper, cut into strips
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Mix dressing and lemon juice. Heat 1/4 cup dressing mixture in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Stir in peppers, mushrooms and onions; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
Add asparagus and remaining dressing mixture; stir. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min. or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
Serve topped with cheese.
Serve with roasted or grilled chicken, fish or steak.
