Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan and red pepper.
Drain pasta. Add to cheese sauce; mix well. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with Colby & Monterey Jack cheeses.
Bake 25 min. or until Colby & Monterey Jack cheeses are melted and pasta mixture is heated through.
Serve with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
