What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce with 1 Tbsp. adobo sauce
2 lb. ground turkey
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 egg s, beaten
1 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa, divided

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400°F.
Chop peppers. Mix with all remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup salsa.
Shape into loaf in 12x8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining salsa.
Bake 1 hour or until done (165°F). Let stand 3 min. before removing from pan and slicing to serve.
Prepare using extra-lean ground beef and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses.
Substitute BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce for the salsa.
Prepare meatloaf as directed; cool, then slice. Wrap individual portions in foil. Label, date and place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. When ready to serve, unwrap and microwave until heated through (160°F).
