Use back of spoon to spread COOL WHIP onto bottom and up side of 2-1/2-qt. trifle dish or clear glass serving bowl. Sprinkle half the cookies over COOL WHIP on bottom of bowl.
Whisk peanut butter and milk in large bowl until blended. Add dry pudding mixes; beat 2 min. Spoon half into trifle dish. Slice 2 bananas; spread over pudding mixture in dish. Cover with layers of remaining chopped cookies and pudding mixture.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Slice remaining banana; use to garnish dessert.
