As good as this Caesar salad is—and it is!—you know there will be at least a few people at the table who like the Parmesan toast part best!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
12 diagonal slices French bread (1/4-inch thick)
1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing, divided
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan, Romano, and Asiago Cheeses, divided
1 tsp. grated lemon zest
8-1/2 cups torn romaine lettuce

Let's Make It
Preheat broiler. Spread each bread slice with 1/2 tsp. dressing; sprinkle each with 1 tsp. cheese. Place on baking sheet.
Broil 2 to 3 min. or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
Mix remaining dressing and lemon zest. Toss with lettuce in large serving bowl. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve with Parmesan toasts.
Substitute 1 bag (10 oz.) mixed or romaine salad greens for romaine lettuce.

To turn this salad into a main dish, simply add pre-cooked store-bought shrimp, grilled shrimp or cooked chicken.
