What You Need
Original recipe yields 15 servings
1/2 cup boiling water
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Gelatin, any flavor
30 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows

Add boiling water to gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Cool completely.
Meanwhile, use paring knife to carefully cut centers from marshmallows, starting at one short end of each and being careful not to cut through to bottom of marshmallow. Discard removed centers. Use end of wooden spoon handle to enlarge openings in marshmallows to make 1/4-inch-thick shells.
Place marshmallows, cut sides up, in shallow pan; fill with gelatin. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
How to Cut the Marshmallows
Spray paring knife with cooking spray to easily cut out centers of marshmallows.
How to Store
Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
