Let's Make It
Cut oranges crosswise in half. Use paring knife to cut around edge of each orange half to loosen fruit; remove fruit. Reserve for snacking or another use. Place orange shells, cut sides up, in muffin pan cups.
Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. (Do not add cold water.) Spoon gelatin into orange shells.
Refrigerate 3 hours until firm. Carefully cut each filled orange cup into 3 wedges. Insert a paper sail into gelatin in each wedge to resemble sailboat.
Where to Find the Paper Sails
Look for paper sails at your local party store.
How to Use the Removed Fruit
Refrigerate the removed orange pulp up to 24 hours. Use for snacking or to prepare your favorite fruit smoothie.
