What You Need
Original recipe yields 2 servings
5 tsp. butter, softened, divided
1 small onion, thinly sliced
4 slices Italian bread
2 KRAFT Big Slice Aged Swiss Cheese Slice s
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Melt 1 tsp. butter in medium skillet on medium-low heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until golden brown.
Fill bread slices with onions and Swiss cheese to make 2 sandwiches. Spread outsides of sandwiches with remaining butter; sprinkle with Parmesan.
Cook in skillet on medium heat 2 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides.
Serve with fresh fruit.
