1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Cheesecake Flavor Instant Pudding
1-1/4 cups cold milk
1/4 cup bottled key lime juice
4 drops green food coloring
6 mini graham cracker pie crusts
1/2 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

In a medium bowl, whisk together pudding mix, milk, key lime juice and 1 drop of green food coloring.

Divide pudding mixture between crusts. Chill for 1 hour.

Stir together coconut and remaining 3 drops of green food coloring. Place a small amount of tinted coconut in the middle of each mini tart. Top with 4 jelly beans. Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve.
