What You Need
Original recipe yields 1 serving
1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. sliced black olives
2 slices white bread
2 slices KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slice
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Pepperoni
1 Tbsp. butter, divided in half
1/4 cup CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce

Let's Make It
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and add peppers. Cook, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes until the peppers are tender. Remove peppers from skillet and set aside.
Build the sandwich with a slice of bread topped with cheese, pepperoni, pepper strips, black olives, cheese and top with the other slice of bread.
Melt half the butter in the skillet over medium heat. Add the sandwich to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Remove the sandwich from the skillet, add the remaining butter and cook the other side of the sandwich until golden brown.
Cut the sandwich in half and serve with a warm pasta sauce for dipping.
