1 lb. rinsed asparagus spears
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 cup crème fraîche
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 large lime, juiced
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Let's Make It
Brush asparagus with olive oil and place them on a hot grill pan. Grill for 10 minutes, turning frequently with tongs to cook evenly. Remove from heat and place on a large plate or serving platter.
In a blender container, combine crème fraiche, cilantro, lime juice and Dijon mustard and salt. Blend until smooth.
Drizzle cilantro/Dijon cream over grilled asparagus and sprinkle with crumbled bacon before serving.
