Unroll dough into 2 squares. Place 1 square on bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Press dough to cover bottom of pan, firmly pressing perforations and seams together to seal. Cut remaining dough square into 4 strips; stand lengthwise around inside of pan. Press seams together to seal. Bake 10 to 13 min. or until golden brown. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen crust; cool.
Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Stir in COOL WHIP. Spoon into prepared crust. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Top with strawberries. Remove rim of pan just before serving.
