Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup VELVEETA Cheddar Shredded Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product
4 hamburger buns
1 plum tomato, thinly sliced
4 lettuce leaves
1 small onion, thinly sliced

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Shape meat into 8 (1/4-inch thick) patties. Top each of 4 patties with 2 Tbsp. cheese. Cover with remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal.
Grill 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160ºF).
Fill buns with burgers and remaining ingredients.
Grill the onion slices and buns with the burgers for the last few minutes of the burger grilling time, cutting the onion into 4 slices before grilling.
