What You Need
Original recipe yields 10 servings
2 cups thawed frozen corn
2 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup KRAFT Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dressing
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
2 avocado s, chopped
2 Tbsp. lime juice

Let's Make It
Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl.
Toss avocados with lime juice. Add to corn mixture; mix lightly.
Garnish with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro.
Serve as a relish instead of a salad. Makes 16 servings, about 2 Tbsp. each.
Serve on a bed of salad greens.
