2 bunches arugula, washed, torn (about 6 cups)
1/3 cup KRAFT Italian Roasted Red Pepper Dressing
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Place arugula in medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
How to Clean the Arugula
Arugula holds a lot of dirt so must be thoroughly washed before using. Do not, however, soak arugula in water since that will cause it to wilt. Fill the kitchen sink with cold water, then add the arugula. Swish the arugula around to remove the dirt. Repeat this process 2 or 3 times, using clean water each time, until no more dirt clings to the leaves. Pat the arugula dry between paper towels or spin it dry in a salad spinner. Then, use as desired.
Add 1/4 cup chopped toasted PLANTERS Sliced Almonds to salad.
